Terms & Conditions

• To ensure fairness and impartiality, participants may apply in each category only once and provide a detailed account of the initiative/project undertaken in that category. In case multiple partners apply for the same initiative/project, they should agree among themselves on the rightful owner of the initiative/project. The awards management or any of its partners will not be involved in deciding the same.
• Entries will be accepted only in the English language. Furthermore, if a participant fails to submit proof of registration of the institution, they may be disqualified from participating in the awards.
• The jury holds the right to reclassify application forms from one category to another or reject them entirely, at their discretion. They also reserve the right to change or modify the eligibility criteria at any step of the awards. Any such decisions made by the jury shall not be contested in any manner.
• FICCI urges all potential participants to carefully review the eligibility criteria and guidelines before submitting their entries.
